About the Role

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will spearhead all HR functions, aligning human capital strategies with overarching business objectives to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Foster employee engagement and dynamic culture initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and continuous learning & development.
• Ensure HR compliance with South African labour law.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes.
• Manage HR budgets and departmental resource allocation.
• Direct employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum 10 years of senior HR leadership experience.
• Proven track record in driving organisational development.
• Deep understanding of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
