About the Role
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will spearhead all HR functions, aligning human capital strategies with overarching business objectives to ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Foster employee engagement and dynamic culture initiatives.
- Oversee performance management and continuous learning & development.
- Ensure HR compliance with South African labour law.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes.

- Direct employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- Minimum 10 years of senior HR leadership experience.
- Proven track record in driving organisational development.
- Deep understanding of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
