Job Description

As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, inventory management, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material replenishment.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to mitigate production delays.
• Analyze production data and provide performance insights to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under minimal oversight.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
