About the Role

As the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will take full ownership of our client’s digital storefronts, ensuring a seamless user experience that maximises conversion rates. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, optimise online merchandising, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align the digital strategy with overarching commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the daily management and continuous improvement of ecommerce platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of digital retail specialists.
• Optimise the online customer journey to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and website performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with online merchandising.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology integrations.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected and aligned with digital demand.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to executive stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management within the retail sector.
• Proven track record of driving digital sales and managing complex online platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
