About the Role<\/h2>\n

Stepping into the role of Corporate Retail Operations Manager, you will take command of a vast network of fast-moving consumer goods outlets. You will translate board-level strategy into flawless store-level execution, streamline processes, enforce rigorous operational standards, and empower regional teams to deliver exceptional retail experiences and sustained profitability.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Direct and oversee daily retail operations across multiple high-volume FMCG locations.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and drive sales growth.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure stringent compliance with corporate standards, health and safety regulations, and labour laws.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse operational metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage regional managers and store leadership teams.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with the supply chain division to guarantee optimal stock availability and minimise shrinkage.<\/li>\n
  • Drive customer service excellence initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.<\/li>\n
  • Manage operational budgets, controlling expenditures without compromising on quality.<\/li>\n
  • Spearhead the rollout of new store openings and corporate retail initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Report directly to the executive board on operational performance and strategic milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 8 years of retail operations experience, with at least 3 years at a senior management level within FMCG.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to manage multi-site retail operations and large-scale workforces.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel extensively across the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
