About the Role<\/h2>\n

As the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will take full ownership of our client’s digital storefronts, ensuring a seamless user experience that maximises conversion rates. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, optimise online merchandising, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align the digital strategy with overarching commercial goals.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the daily management and continuous improvement of ecommerce platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of digital retail specialists.<\/li>\n
  • Optimise the online customer journey to enhance user experience and increase conversions.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and website performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with online merchandising.<\/li>\n
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology integrations.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected and aligned with digital demand.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to executive stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management within the retail sector.<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record of driving digital sales and managing complex online platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
