Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h4>Strategic Planning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leadership in Strategic Planning<\/strong>: Oversee the strategic planning processes, focusing on company-wide operational<br \/>\nefficiency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementation of Business Plans<\/strong>: Guide and monitor the execution of strategic business plans across all operational units.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget and Resource Oversight<\/strong>: Lead long-term budget planning and allocate resources across departments in line with the company&#8217;s growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High-Level Performance Metrics<\/strong>: Develop operational metrics and performance indicators that support company-wide<br \/>\ngoals, while delegating project-specific metrics to the PMO.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Executive Collaboration<\/strong>: Work with the executive team to identify and address trends and shifts in the operational<br \/>\nmodel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Operations Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Resource and Program Oversight<\/strong>: Ensure the allocation and availability of resources across operational units, establishing a framework within which the PMO operates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Compliance and Quality Standards<\/strong>: Set standards for compliance with legislative and contractual obligations,<br \/>\nensuring quality across all company operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enterprise-Wide Risk Mitigation<\/strong>: Develop a risk management framework that addresses risks across departments, ensuring smooth operational delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High-Level Quality and Safety Standards<\/strong>: Establish and monitor company-wide quality control and safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Procurement and Supplier Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Resource Oversight<\/strong>: Collaborate with the CFO on procurement processes, establishing SLAs and supplier agreements applicable across departments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contract and Vendor Standards<\/strong>: Oversee supplier relationships at a strategic level, while delegating project-specific vendor oversight to the PMO Head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Reporting and Documentation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operational Reporting<\/strong>: Deliver strategic performance reports to the CEO, encompassing company wide Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: Bachelor\u2019s degree (BSc or B-Tech) in the built environment or related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: Minimum 10 years experience, with 5 years in a senior role in a medium to large organization.<\/li>\n<li>Professional registration will be a great advantage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills and Knowledge<\/strong>: Advanced business planning and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership in operational and financial performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job-Specific Behavioural Attributes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong
