    Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n

    • CA(SA) or equivalent recognised executive qualification.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10 years of executive experience in corporate finance.<\/li>\n
    • Extensive expertise in financial regulations and compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record in capital raising and strategic financial planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
