Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

  • Lead high-level strategic financial initiatives across the corporate finance division.<\/li>\n
  • Shape, govern, and continuously refine corporate financial policies.<\/li>\n
  • Drive division profitability, market share, and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n
  • Spearhead major M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.<\/li>\n
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee strict regulatory compliance and corporate governance.<\/li>\n
  • Mentor senior corporate finance managers and build a high-performing team.<\/li>\n

    Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n

    • CA(SA), MBA, or CFA qualification is essential.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.<\/li>\n
    • Extensive executive or board-level leadership experience.<\/li>\n
    • Deep, practical understanding of the South African financial sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
