About the Role<\/h2>\n

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will spearhead all HR functions, aligning human capital strategies with overarching business objectives to ensure sustainable growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.<\/li>\n
  • Foster employee engagement and dynamic culture initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee performance management and continuous learning & development.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure HR compliance with South African labour law.<\/li>\n
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes.<\/li>\n
  • Manage HR budgets and departmental resource allocation.<\/li>\n
  • Direct employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10 years of senior HR leadership experience.<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record in driving organisational development.<\/li>\n
    • Deep understanding of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
