Seniour Planner – Fashion and Footwear

Job Description

Work with one of Cape Town’s leading fashion retailers as a Retail Planner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts and ensure profitability in a competitive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and trends.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust stock allocations accordingly.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to execute seasonal strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess stock through strategic planning.
• Provide detailed reporting and recommendations for improved efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of planning experience in fashion or footwear retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and retail planning software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
