Responsibilities

  • Oversee property development projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and local authorities.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in property development or project management.
